DESCRIPTION:Welcome everyone\, and thank you for joining us in Maastricht!  \n\n\n\nIn this article\, you will find practical information that should help you get ready for this meeting week and get comfortable about the area. We will cover the venue access\, transportation\, meeting rooms\, accommodation options\, catering arrangements\, and the social event night we organized for you. \n\n\n\nAre you ready ? \n\n\n\nWhat you need for the meeting:\n\n\n\n\nMake sure you did register or cancel your venue if you are unable to attend the meeting.\n\n\n\n\n🔗 Register for the meeting here \n\n\n\n\nIf you do come\, make sure you have your QR Code of confirmation\, on your mobile phone or on paper.\n\n\n\nPlease download all documents needed for the meeting in advance to avoid damaging the network on Monday morning.\n\n\n\nBe eco friendly and bring your lanyards\, waterbottles\, notepads and pens.\n\n\n\n\nFind your way to the MECC:\n\n\n\nThe Maastricht Exhibition & Conference Centre (MECC) will be open from 07:30 till 20:00 everyday of our visit (except on Sunday).
