What you need for the meeting:

• Make sure you did register or cancel your venue if you are unable to attend the meeting.

• Please download all documents needed for the meeting in advance to avoid damaging the network on Monday morning.
• Be eco friendly and bring your lanyards, waterbottles, notepads and pens.

Find your way to the MECC:

The Maastricht Exhibition & Conference Centre (MECC) will be open from 07:30 till 20:00 everyday of our visit (except on Sunday). Meeting room will be accessible from 07:45 with all the video system on.

From the airport to the MECC:

Book your FREE transportation from Brussels, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf airports to the MECC. Please reserve your seat through the private coach booking platform.
