In this article, you will find practical information that should help you get ready for this meeting week and get comfortable about the area. We will cover the venue access, transportation, meeting rooms, accommodation options, catering arrangements, and the social event night we organized for you.

- Make sure you did register or cancel your venue if you are unable to attend the meeting.

- If you do come, make sure you have your QR Code of confirmation, on your mobile phone or on paper.
- Please download all documents needed for the meeting in advance to avoid damaging the network on Monday morning.
- Be eco friendly and bring your lanyards, waterbottles, notepads and pens.
Find your way to the O2 Universum:
O2 Universum Conference Center will be open from 07:30 till 20:00 everyday of our visit (except on Sunday). Meeting room will be accessible from 07:45 with all the video system on. Main entrance will be done at DOORS 16 till 20.
- By metro
Get off at the Českomoravská station (line B), the entrance to O2 Universum is located along the eastern side of the O2 arena.
- By tram
If you use the tram, choose tram no. 8 or 16 to the Arena Libeň jih stop.
- By bus
You can get to O2 Universum by buses no. 151, 152 and 375 to the Českomoravská bus stop or no. 136, 177, 183 and 195 to the Nádraží Libeň bus stop.
- By car
We recommend using parking facilities in the area or our dedicated parking garages. O2 arena and O2 Universum Parking Garage.
Alternative Parking Option is possible at stage hotel Prague with 99 spaces available.

Many restaurants are open from 10:00 till 22:00 everyday inside the Harfa shopping mall.

Backstage Restaurant (open from 11:30 – 14:00 & 17:00 – 22:00) is situated at STAGES Hotel, facing the O2 Arena.
